| dc.description.abstract | In this present era, employee work achievement has a very important role in supporting business activities run by a company. Where in the company required a name increase in employees work achievement because if every employee has a work achievement then the business activities run by the company will developing from previous. Referring to the work achievement of employees, this study examines the influence of social intelligence and work motivation islami on employee work achievement in bank syariah D.I.Yogyakarta. so this research can be used to determine the influence of intelligence and motivation of Islamic work on employee performance in bank syariah D.I.Yogyakarta.
This research using the method quantitative approach. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The data used are primary data obtained through questionnaire with the number of respondents as much as 65. Population in this research is all employees of syariah bank D.I.Yogyakarta, and the sample used is Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Kaliurang and Bank Muamulat Indonesia Yogyakarta branch. Data completion technique is done by field research (koesioner and literature study).
The result of this research is a significant influence between social intelligence on employee performance, while the motivation of Islamic work has no significant effect on work achievement. And result of doubled linear regression analysis indicate social motivation variable and work motivation islami have contribution to work achievement 11,1% while the rest 88,9% caused by variant outside model. | en_US |
