dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine the effect of work stress and role conflict on job satisfaction. The influence of work stress, role conflict and job satisfaction on performance, as well as the effect of work stress and role conflict on performance through job satisfaction. This study is categorized as survey research, where the research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study were employees of Business Multipurpose Cooperative (KSU) Eka Jaya Mandiri. A sample of 99 respondents are determined by census techniques. Test the validity of the instrument using Pearson Correlation while the reliability test using Cronbach Alpha. The analysis technique used is multiple regression and Path Analisys. The results found that 1) there is a negative effect of work stress on job satisfaction, 2) there is a negative influence of role conflict on job satisfaction, 3) there is a negative effect of work stress on employee performance, 4) there is a negative influence of role conflict on performance employees, 5) there is a positive effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, 6) there is a significant effect of work stress and role conflict together on employee job satisfaction, 7) there is a significant effect of work stress and role conflict together on employee performance , 8) job stress negatively affects the performance of employees through job satisfaction and 9) role conflict negatively affects employee performance Business Multipurpose Cooperative (KSU) Eka Jaya Mandiri through job satisfaction.en_US
