Penerapan Rekayasa Nilai Pada Proyek Kontruksi Perumahan (Application Of Value Engineering For Residence Contruction Project) (Studi Kasus Perumahan Pinang Ranti 2 Yogyakarta)
Abstract
Cost control inside the building construction project is significant at the organizing cost project. There is always at least one of problems inside a project such as wasting material using, lack of financial or human source, unsupported infrastructure, and out of the deadline.One of the eficiency cost technique is value engineering
The goal is to make cost savings without reducing the quality and function of the building and budget costs can be used optimally and efficiently. In this case the work to be done Value Engineering is the work of roof truss and roof covering work. This analysis uses the stages of Value Engineering plan, ie information stage, creative phase, analysis phase, development stage and presentation stage. While the criteria used to evaluate component/system, including cost aspects, implementation time, strength, efficiency and ease of work.
Based on the results of Values Enginering on the Pinang Ranti 2 Yogyakarta residence project, cost savings on 2 (two) work items reviewed for 1 (one) house unit, for roof truss work are obtained savings of Rp. 1,974,560,00 or 31.6% and roof cover Rp. 1,016.200,00 or 19.89%. So the total savings gained from the application of Value Engineering amounted to 2,990,760.00 or 26.33% of the total Roof Frame cost.
