Pengaruh Gaya Manajemen Konflik Kolaborasi, Menghindar, Kompetisi, Akomodasi dan Kompromi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Stres Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of collaborative conflict management style, avoidance, competition, accommodation, and compromise the performance of employees with job stress as an intervening variable. The study was conducted for non-medical employees at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital in Yogyakarta. The number of respondents in this study was 143 people composed of 42% men and 58% of women, with the rank of 2.8% as managers or assistant managers, 13.3% and 83.9% as a supervisor as executor. To process the data in this study used IBM SPSS Statistics 21 as an analytical tool. Results of the study are (1) There is significant influence conflict management styles collaboration on employee performance nonmedical RS PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta partially, (2) There is a significant influence on the management style of conflict avoidance on employee performance nonmedical RS PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta partially, (3) There are a negative influence significant conflict management styles of competition on employee performance nonmedical RS PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta partially, (4) there is a significant influence conflict management styles collaboration, avoidance, competition, accommodation and compromise on employee performance nonmedical RS PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta simultaneously.
