Strategi Komunikasi Pemasaran Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Maluku Tengah Dalam Mempromosikan Wisata Pantai Yang Ada Di Pulau Seram
Abstract
Seram Island, which is located in Central Maluku, has several tourist
destinations that have their own charm for tourists who want to visit to enjoy the
natural beauty of the cool beach.
This study has two objectives: to find out the marketing communication
strategies and forms of the Central Maluku Regency Tourism Office in
promoting beach tourism on Seram Island. In answering the research objectives, this
study uses qualitative methods based on several stages. First, the observation is
carried out by visiting and seeing directly the object to be studied, and the researcher
will also visit the Central Maluku Tourism Office to find some data information
related to maritime tourism which is the focus of research. Second, conduct
unstructured interviews. Third, documenting every written material in the form of
essays, memos, announcements, instructions, magazines, bulletins, and statements.
First, the marketing communication strategy of the Central Maluku City
Government Tourism Office in promoting beach tourism on Seram Island is carried
out by setting marketing targets, determining message content, choosing the right
communication method, and choosing communication media, increasing cooperation
and coordination between stakeholders (Provincial Government, Regional
Government Tk.II/City, Private and Community), improve infrastructure quality and
services, promote selectively and effectively, improve human resources and the quality of tourism business services through a system of guidance, education, training
and monitoring and evaluation of tourism service businesses.
Second, the form of marketing communication from the Central Maluku Regency
Tourism Office in promoting beach tourism on Seram Island, namely through several
media such as newspapers, banners, social media, tv, media websites.
