| dc.description.abstract | This study titled Evaluation of Implementation of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Study on Retail Gasoline Sales in Region Wedomartani Ngemplak Sleman, Yogyakarta. This study aimed to evaluate the implementation of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) on the performance of the retail gasoline sellers Wedomartani Territory Ngemplak Sleman, Yogyakarta. Techniques (methods) collecting data in this research is to use observation techniques. The observation techniques using a questionnaire or a questionnaire as a guide in conducting interviews. This study examined three variables, namely Inventory, Product Knowledge, and Fire Prevention. This research uses descriptive analysis method. The conclusion of these observations is the respondent (seller Wedomartani retail gasoline in the region) have not fully understood the SOP retail gasoline sales is good and right.
