dc.description.abstractThis research took the title "QUALITY ANALYSIS SERVICE BANK BCA KCP Godean (JL.GODEAN KM 5 NO. 106-107, GAMPING, SLEMAN), YOGYAKARTA, YOGYAKARTA". The purpose of this research is to determine the level of interest of the customers regarding the quality of service ANALYSIS OF QUALITY OF SERVICE BANK BCA KCP Godean (JL.GODEAN KM 5 NO. 106-107, GAMPING, SLEMAN), YOGYAKARTA, YOGYAKARTA, To determine the performance quality of service Bank , BCA KCP Godeanyang expected by the customer after receiving the Bank's services. BCA KCP Godean, and to determine the factors that should be corrected in the services provided by the Bank. BCA KCP Godean. The population in this study are all customers of the Bank. BCA KCP Godean. Samples taken in this study were mostly customers who represent the entire consumer bank. BCA KCP Godean. Analysis of the data in this study using Importance-Performance Analysis. The results of this study is a customer satisfaction index of the quality of service at the Bank. BCA KCP Godean amounted to 93.13 or is in the interval from 81.25 to 100.00, it can be stated level of customer satisfaction in the service of Bank BCA KCP Yogyakarta Godean in the category of very satisfied. This shows the level of performance is in accordance with the level of expectation. This situation means that the overall expectations of respondents would care Bank BCA KCP Yogyakarta Godean been fulfilled. So based on the Cartesian diagram, it can be concluded that the tangibles dimension and quality information is the thing to be a priority to be fixed in order to improve customer satisfaction.en_US
