dc.description.abstractJob stress and job satisfaction to be part of the factors that can affect the employee performance. This study aim was to determine the effect of work stress on employee performance and job satisfaction as moderating. This study was conducted to 74 respondents of PT . Arah Dunia Television (AdiTV) Yogyakarta. Method research used quantitative method is by using statistical analysis and descriptive. The results of this study were (1) There was a significant effect on the physical symptoms of the performance (2) There was a significant effect on the behavior of the performance (3) There was a significant effect on the symptoms of workplace on performance (4) There was significant effect of physical symptoms, behavior, symptoms in the workplace on the performance together (5) There was a significant effect of physical symptoms, behavior, symptoms in the workplace (job stress) on employee performance moderated by job satisfaction variables.en_US
