| dc.description.abstract | This study entitled "ANALYSIS OF THE QUALITY OF SERVICES BUSHI SHEREP FUTSAL". The aim of this study was to determine the level of interest of consumers regarding the quality of service Bushi Sherep Futsal, to determine the performance of service quality Bushi Sherep Futsal expected by the consumer after receiving services Bushi Sherep Futsal, and to determine the factors that must be corrected in service rendered by Bushi Sherep Futsal. The target in this study are all consumers of Bushi Sherep Futsal. In this study, I took some research from customers who represent the entire consumer Bushi Sherep Futsal. I am using servqual analysis in this study. The result of this research, customers gave 3.85 for expectations of service quality on Bushi Sherep Futsal. This value can be concluded that consumer expectations of service quality Bushi Sherep Futsal in good condition. The level of customer perception of service quality on Bushi Sherep Futsal is equal to 3.806. This value can be concluded that consumer perceptions of service quality Bushi Sherep Futsal in good condition. The level of customer satisfaction with the quality of service on Sheep Bushee Futsal is equal to -0.044. This value can be concluded that the level of customer satisfaction is worth the negative, which means the quality of service Bushi Sherep Futsal not meet consumer expectations | en_US |
