dc.description.abstractThis research title was “Effect of Leadership Style on Employees Work Performance at PT. Centris Raya Taxi Transportasi”. This research purposes ware to find the effect of Leadership Style to Employees Work Performance at PT. Centris Raya Taxi Transportasi. The data used in this research was primary data taken from 35 respondents answering questionnaires. The method used in this research was questionnaires. The analysis model used in this research was regression, F test and ttest. The result of this research showed that variable Leadership Style (X) affected the employees work performance. It was assumsed that employees needed a good leadership style to gain a great performance. Leadership style variables were affected employees work performance. It was assumed that management of PT. Centtris Raya Taxi Transportasi could use of Leadership Style, the employees work performance would be able to increase. This research will be useful for the PT. Centtris Raya Taxi Transportasi management regarding their policy making in managing human resources. Keywords : Leadership Style, Work Performanceen_US
