dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to find out and explore how strategic agility in facilitating and driving Business Model Innovation (BMI) in the context of SMEs. The novelty in this study is the new framework regarding the connection of strategic agility with BMI in the context of SMEs. The research method used is a qualitative approach, developed in depth through a single longitudinal and focused on cases in SMEs. The selection of case studies is based on special and interesting phenomena so it is clearer to study. The selected case is UKM named Jejamuran Resto because it has a niche market share and received various national awards. The results of this study suggest that the existing strategic agility framework is found in SMEs. This study provides a note that downscaled adaptation is needed to the existing theory into the context of SMEs. The inherent capacity that needs to be added in the framework is a meta-capability called strategic network, which appears and has important benefits for SMEs in overcoming the limitations faced.en_US
