dc.description.abstractThis research examines about the effect of dual-role conflict faced by women, especially a woman nurse who work in the General Hospital, NTB. The purposes are: (1) to know the dual-role conflict variables jointly which are work-family and family-work conflict towards the women nurses performance in General Hospital Matararn.(2) to know the dual role conflict variables partially which consist of work-family and family­ work conflict toward the women nurses performance, which is 177 person and then taken 62 person to be respondent. The research result shows that: (1) dual role conflict which are work-family and family-work conflict jointly affect the women nurse performance who work around the General Hospital of Mataram environment, proved by the value of Fhit 25, 802 Ftab 3,15 with the confident degree 0,05. (2) dual role conflict which consist of work-family and family-work conflict affect the women nurse's performance in General Hospital of Mataram partially, proved by the value of t hit t tab that is -4,575 for work-family conflict and -2,580 for family-work conflict with t tab 1,999 (significant rate 0,05 and df 61 - 1,999). (3) correlation coefficient R square 0,467, shows that the dual-role conflict which are work-family and family-work conflict give effect for 46,75 toward the women nurse's performance who work in the General Hospital of Matararn, while the rest is affected by the other variables. (4) the regression equation is Y = 4,242 -0,383Xl - 0,227 X2 which means that there is a negative correlation between the independent (work-family and family-work conflict) with the dependent variables (performance).en_US
