dc.description.abstractThe research descript how influence aspects of Competency, Emotional Quet1e1L and Islamic Ethical of work to Employee Performance's in Industrial Technology Faculty, Islamic Of Indonesian University. The objective of this research is to find out : 1. to get empiric prove about influences of Competency, Emotional Quotient, and Islamic Ethical of work to organizational performance's in Industrial Technology Faculty, Islamic of Indonesian University. The respondances of the research are administrative employes of Industrial Technology Faculty, Islamic of Indonesian University. The research use questionnaire is uses descriptive analysis. The result of the research shows that there are two significant influence aspect of the Competency (Xl ) and Emotional Quotient (X2) to Employee Performance, Islamic of Indonesian University. The Emotional Quotient (X2) is the most dominant aspect of the employee performance's in Law Faculty, Islamic oflndonesian University.en_US
