Pengaruh Kompensasi Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan pada PT. TELKOM Yogyakarta
Abstract
The objective of this research are to find out: (1) the influence of
compensation to job achievement in PT TELKOM Yogyakarta; (2) The most
dominant of compensation factors that influence the PT TELKOM.; (3) the
correlation between characteristic ofPT TELKOM to emptoyees job achievement in
PT TELKOM Yogyakarta. Population of this research are in PT TELKOM
Yogyakarta. The sample using proportioned stratified random. This research use
quesioner, while techniques data analysis is used descriptive analysis, and
quantitative analysis (regression, F-test, t-test and Annova)
The result of this research show that there is significant influence of
compensation to employees job achievement in PT TELKOM Yogyakarta; Non
financial compensation is the most dominant ofcompensation factors that influence
employees job achievement in PT TELKOM; There is a significant correlation
between demografic characteristic to employees job achievement in PT TELKOM
Yogyakarta.
