dc.description.abstractOrganizations are groups of people, with ideas and resources, working toward common goals. The purpose of the organizing function is to make the best use of the 01ganizaliuTrYresources to achieve goats. Ofpnization chart is vital on organization. It is explain how the job duty will be divided, into a group and to be coordinated formally. Organization chart is to influence human being to get work fit which is expected by the company. Organization chart consist of mechanistic and organic chart. Special characteristics of organization chart are nature regularity of which has been patterned. Organization performance is very influence ofcompany employees by the execute. Work it self give strong excitement for individual behavior. Caused by the background, hence this research hypothesis is to explain that there is significant between organization chart toward performance organizational in faculty of economics, Islamic University of Indonesia. Based on this research result, the organization has to keep and to take care ofthe structure inside ofthe organization by streamlining the organization chart.
