Pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan Bank Indonesia Tasikmalaya
Abstract
The title of this thesis is The Influence of Organizational Citizenship
Behavior to Employee Performance ofBank Indonesia Tasikmalaya. The purpose
of this research is to know that, is OCB has a positif and significant influence to
employee performance of Bank Indonesia Tasikmalaya?. And to know which one
from 5 variables of OCB (obedience, loyalty, participation, altruism,
sportmanship) that most influence to employee performance of Bank Indonesia
Tasikmalaya. This research was did with qualitative and quantitative methode, in
order to the research give an aqurate result. Quantitative research was did with
instrument questioners then manner with SPSS. 13 computer program. Whereas
for qualitative research was did with interview and observation. Then make a
conclusion from the data that got.
From observation and interview result, the conclusion is generally the
employee of Bank Indonesia Tasikmalaya has a high enough of OCB an work
performance. Whereas from statistical analisys the conclusion is OCB has a
positif and significant influence to employee of Bank Indonesia Tasikmalaya as
73,4 %. Partially each of OCB variables has an influence to employee
performance of Bank Indonesia Tasikmaya. And from analisys result, obedience
is the variable that most influence to employee performance of Bank Indonesia
Tasikmalaya. It showed by score of r2, obedience variable has a biggest score
than other independent varables as 0,183.
