Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Disiplin Kerja Karyawan Bank Indonesia Cirebon
Abstract
The objective ofthis research isto find out how big the effect ofleadership and work
motivation individually or together toward work discipline of employees in the
Indonesian Bank, Cirebon. Data was collected by a questionnaire which are
developed on the theoretical base submitted. Questionnaire were given to
respondent, all of employees of Cirebon Indonesian Bank. To evaluate this
instrument feasibility conducted by iteman program. The result of this research use
descriptive analysis and verivicative analysis (regression, f-test, t-test and anova).
The result of this research showed that the effect of leadership and work motivation
individually or together having significant positive effect toward work disciphne of
employees in the Cirebon Indonesian Bank. Beside that, leadership is the most
dominant variable effect toward work discipline of the employees in the Cirebon
Indonesian Bank which have gotten a good responses by employees.
