Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan pada Mini Market MINA Swalayan, Yogyakarta
Abstract
Role of management in a company is to manage existing elements in
company to be the way company wheel can be controlled and instructed better go to
an target which wish to be reached by company. One of them manage employees
element. A leader in company have important role to manage subordinate (employee)
so that can work effectively and efficient to be creation a good labour capacity with
selected leadership style.
Research population is all employees which in Mina Selfservice. Data
research obtained propagated enquette (questioner) to all employees with method of
sample census. Analysis conducted with doubled linear regresi of examination of
hypothesis at a time (F-test) and by parsial (t-test) with level of signifikansi 5%.
Research result obtained there is influence which are positive leadership style to
labour capacity, autocratic leadership style, democratic, laissez-faire, and situational
at a time have an in with labour capacity. And dominant democratic leadership style
have an in with employees labour capacity at Mina Selfservice.
