Pengaruh Faktor-Faktor Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Badan Pengelola Keuangan Daerah Sekretariat Propinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta
Abstract
The purpose of the research with title "Analisis Faktor Faktor
Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Badan Pengelola Keuangan Daerah
Sekretariat Propinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta", beside to fulfill the requirements
to graduate from economy undergraduate program, also to know performance
BPKD's employees and the factors that influence the performance of the employes.
The Research was done in BPKD's instance by 100 responden employee
samples from 250 BPKD's employees technique that used was cluster sampling
technique research data was got by quesioner with closed questions wich later was
processed byusing SPSS 10 computer program. Intelligance (1 variable consist of
10 question, Leader social relationship variable consist of 9 question, achiement
motivation variable (X3) consist of 8 question, human relationship attitude variable
(X4) consist of 9 questionand performance variable consistof 18 question.
The hypothesis result, the four variables havebeen proven that it was positive
significant influence to employees performance with double correlation coefficient in
the amount of 0,326 (32,6%) while the rest in the amount of 0,674 (67,4%)
employees performance was influenced the other factors that not included to this
research, whereas, seen from each variable to employees performance.
That is X1 variables has regression coefficient in the amount of 0,303
(30,3%o), X4 variable has regression coefficient in the amount of 0,347 (34,7%), X3
variable has regression coefficient in the amount of 0,348 (34,8%) and X2 variable
has regression coefficient in the amount of 0,353 (35,3%) which also be the most
dominat variable that influence employes performance
