Pengaruh Kepeminipinan Perempuan terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Kebumen
Abstract
The objective of this research are to find out: (1) the influence of women
leadership to the employees performance's in Kebument Healthy Departement;
(2) the most dominant of women leadership factors that influence the employees
performance's in Kebument Healthy Departement; (3) the difference between
characteristic of the employees to the of employees performance's in Kebument
Healthy Departement. Population of this research are employees in Kebument
Healthy Departement. The sample are device fom five characteristic and one
dependent object. This research use quesioner, interview, while techniques data
analysis is used descriptive analysis, and quantitative analysis (regression, f-test,
t-test, and anova).
The result of this research show that there is a significant influence of
women leadership to the employees performance's in Kebument Healthy
Departement; the mother is the most dominant of women leadership factors that
influence the employees performance's in Kebument Healthy Departement; and
there is no a difference between characteristic of the employees to the employees
performance's in Kebument Healthy Departement
