Analisis Sikap Konsumen terhadap Atribut Jasa di Apotek UII Farma (Jalan Kaliurang Km 14,4 Y ogyakarta)
Abstract
This research have purpose to know how consumers attitude to service attributes on UII Farma Dispensary. After did Fishbein Formulation Test to know how the consumers attitude, furthermore did the Chi Square Test to know the possibility difference about consumer attitude on UII Farma Dispensary service attributes rely on respondent characteristics. Then rely on the total consumers belief, look for which attributes that most dominant influence consumers attitude within use Dispensary UII Farma service. By know how much the vaJue of consumers attitude, hopes the dispensary can rearrange the next steps that could taken within manage its future policy. so the dispensruy can increase its service quality as what as consumers hope.
Conclusion that could taking away from this research, explain that consumers attitude to service attributes on UII Farma Dispensary is good. Rely on Chi Square Test. explain that generally didn't there significant consumers attitude differences on ill! Fanna Dispensary service attnbutes rely on consumers characteristics. According to total consumers belie( show that attribute that most dominant influence consumers attitude within use Dispensary ill! Farrna service are Reliability atribute, follow bY Empbaty attribute, then Tangible attribute, Assurance attribute in fourth place, and the the last place are Responsiveness attribute.
