Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transaksional dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Persepsi Prestasi Kerja Karyawan (Studi pada Pekerja Tetap Fungsi Jasa Sarana PT. Pertamina (Persero) Daerah Operasi Hulu Sumbagsel)
Abstract
The objective of this research are to find out: ( 1) the influence of leadership to the workers perfomance' s of Jasa Sarana' s Function in PT. Pertamina (Persero) Daerah Operasi Hulu (OOH) Sumbagsel; (2) the most dominant of leadership factors that influence the workers perfomance's of Jasa Sarana's Function in PT. Pertamina (Persero) Daerah Operasi Hulu (DOH) Sumbagsel; (3) the correlation between characteristic of the workers to leadership and the workers perfomance's of Jasa Sarana's Function in PT. Pertamina (Persero) Daerah Operasi Hulu (DOH) Sumbagsel. Population of this research includes the entire workers especially the fixed workers of Jasa Sarana' s Function in PT. Pertamina (Persero) Daerah Operasi Hulu (OOH) Sumbagsel. Multistage sampling is used questioner, while techniques data analysis is used descriptive analysis, qualitative analysis(interview), and quantitative analysis(regression, f-test, t-test, and kai kuadrat).
The result of this research shows that there is a significant influence of leadership to the workers perfomance's of Jasa Sarana's Function in PT. Pertamina (Persero) Daerah Operasi Hulu (DOH) Sumbagsel; transformational leadership is the most dominant of leadership factors that influence the workers perfomance' s of Jasa Sarana' s Function in PT. Pertamina (Persero) Daerah Operasi Hulu (OOH) Sumbagsel; and there is no a significant correlation between characteristic of the workers to leadership and the workers perfomance's of Jasa Sarana's Function in PT. Pertamina (Persero) Daerah Operasi Hulu (DOH) Sumbagsel.
