dc.description.abstractThis research is studying about the concerning influence of emotional intelligence to employees labour capacity in the Directorate Enterpasing Of Forest of PT. Kayu Lapis Indonesia Jakarta. Base or theory stepping used by researcher in this research is the emotional intelligence theory from Daniel Goleman, telling that emotional intelligence consist of jive factors, for example Self Awareness, Self Arrangement, Motivation, Empathy, and Social Skills. Problems which try to be solved in this research is first, is there any positive and significance influence from emotional intelligence to employees labour capacity in the Directorate Enterpasing Of Forest of PT. Kayu Lapis Indonesia Jakarta. Second, what emotional intelligence factor is most have an effect to employees labour capacity in the Directorate Enterpasing Of Forest of PT. Kayu Lapis Indonesia Jakarta Statistical method in this research use descriptive method and quantitative method. Quantitative analysis which used in this research including regression, F test, t-test, double determination coefficient, and also partial correlation coefficient. This research conclude firstly, there is a positive and significance influence from emotional intelligence to employees labour capacity in the Directorate Enterpasing Of Forest of PT. Kayu lapis Indonesia This matter is shown from result of Fcount 22.243 bigger than ftables of 2.337. With five percents significancy level also show probability below 0.05. This matter is also shown by level of doubled determination coefficient value (R2) From equation of regression equal to 0.597, which mean 59.7 percentage of employees labour capacity influenced by both emotional intelligence factors. Second, skill of social factor is the most dominant factor that influencing employees labour capacity, proved with value of !count Social Skills factor equal to 5.789 bigger than !count Self Awareness equal to 2.483, !count Self Arrangement equal to 2. 728, lcount Motivation equal to 2.069, and tcount Empathy equal to 2.885.en_US
