Pengaruh Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Anggota Kepolisian Republik Indonesia (Studi pada Mapolres Wonogiri Jawa Tengah)
Abstract
The objective of this research are to find out: (1) the influence of
compensation to the Polri perfomance's in Mapolres Wonogiri Jawa Tengah; (2)
the most dominant of compensation factors that influence the Polri perfomance's
in Mapolres Wonogiri Jawa Tengah; (3) the correlation between characteristic of
the Polri to the Polri perfomance's in Mapolres Wonogiri Jawa Tengah.
Population of this research are Polri in Mapolres Wonogiri. The sampel are divice
become four stratified, and ones stratified randomed. This research use
questioner, while techniques data analysis is used descriptive analysis, and
quantitative analysis (regression, f-test,t-test, and kai kuadrat)
The result of this research show that there is a significant influence of
compensation to the Polri perfomance's in Mapolres Wonogiri Jawa Tengah; non
financial compensation is the most dominant of compensation factors that
influence the Polri perfomance's in Mapolres Wonogiri Jawa Tengah; and there is
no a significant correlation between characteristic of the Polri to the Polri
perfomance's in Mapolres Wonogiri JawaTengah.
