    Abstract
    Organizational commitment and work environment, especially social work environment will be directly related to the workers. One aspect that is expected as a result is quality work life of employee. From the results of several interviews, showed that workers wants to feel safe in their work environment and the satisfaction from their work. Organizational behavior or incentives values earned by workers commonly used as indicators of employee satisfaction in achieving the quality work life of employees. In addition, a good performance is certainly a hope for all companies and institutions which hiring employees. Therefore, the employee's performance is basically able to improve the company performance was no exception for workers in the SME environment. Research was conducted on aluminum SMEs in the area of Bantul, where SMEs have an average number of employees above 10. Variables used in this study include the commitment of the organization, who has 3 sub-variables, employee performance with 4 sub-variables, as well as non-physical work environment with 7 sub-variables. The calculation result obtained by using AMOSH 22.0. Organizational commitment has a positive influence on the quality of life of employees with a p-value of 0.021. employee performance with a p-value of 0.034 indicates a positive effect on the quality of life of employees. Meanwhile, non-physical work environment has a p-value of 0.000, which corroborates that non-physical work environment has the greatest impact on quality of life of employees of SMEs Aluminum in Bantul
