    Abstract
    In line with the importance of leadership for the satisfaction and loyalty of members, this study therefore aimed to identify the influence of leadership dimension on the satisfaction and loyalty of the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) members in Rokan Hulu Regency. The research subjects were 110 members of the Prosperous Justice Party in Rokan Hulu Regency. This associative study described the correlation between one variable and another, and the methods to analyze the findings were the descriptive analysis, linear regression analysis as well as path analysis. The results showed that the determination coefficient R2 reached 0.501 when the F test was applied and the significance level of 0.000 was obtained. It was clear that 50.1% of the high or low level of members’ satisfaction depended on how well or bad the leader could perform the leadership dimension. Meanwhile, the rest 49.9% was influenced by other variables that were not considered in the aforementioned regression models. In addition, the value of F obtained from the test towards R2 indicated that 59;2% of the high or low level of members’ loyalty was affected by how well or bad the level of leadership dimension and members’ satisfaction were altogether; !lso, the path analysis through two stages of regression indicated that the “relating” dimension was the most dominant variable that influenced the members’ loyalty compared to the others variables, which was proven by the satisfaction coefficient that reached 0.330. Theoretically, this research has strengthened the idea of how the leadership dimension influenced the satisfaction and loyalty of the Prosperous Justice Party members in Rokan Hulu Regency. Practically, this study recommended that the leadership dimension, particularly the “relating” and “commanding”, should become a variable considered by leaders to improve the members’ satisfaction so as to gain better loyalty of the members;
