    PENGARUH BOARD GENDER COMPOSITION TERHADAP DIVIDEND PAYOUT RATIO (Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2011-2015)

    Abstract
    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh board gender composition terhadap rasio pembayaran dividen. Populasi sampel diambil dari perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling yang mendapatkan 31 perusahaan. Sampel yang diuji sebanyak 155 data dengan 31 perusahaan yang konsisten membayar dividen selama 5 tahun dari 2011 sampai 2015. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan data sekunder dari perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pengujian dilakukan dengan analisis uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa board gender composition dengan keberadaan wanita dalam dewan komisaris dan komite audit tidak berpengaruh terhadap rasio pembayaran dividen. Sedangkan board gender composition dengan keberadaan wanita dalam dewan direksi berpengaruh positif terhadap rasio pembayaran dividen.The purpose of the research is examine the effect of the board gender composition toward dividend payout ratio. The population in this research are the manufactur companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique with purposive sampling which 31 companies. Samples were tested as many as 155 data with 35 companies that consistently pay dividens for 5 years from 2011 until 2015. Data are collected with secondary data from manufactur companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The test were conducted with a multiple linear regression test. The results show that board gender composition with female commissioner and audit committee have no effect toward dividend payout ratio. Then, board gender composition with female directors have a positive affect toward dividend payout ratio.
