PENCAPAIAN NILAI MAQAŞID SYARIAH OLEH MUSTAHIK ZAKAT PRODUKTIF : STUDI KOMPARATIF LAZIS YBW UII & BAZNAS KOTA YOGYAKARTA

Abstract

Indikator kebutuhan dan batasan yang mendasari distribusi dibingkai dalam lima kemaşlahatan pokokyakni Maqaşid Syariah. Kehadiran OPZ dalam sistem ekonomi menjadi penting bagi mengatasi ketimpangan distribusi harta dan pendapatan. Sebagai institusi zakat, LAZ maupun BAZ sudah seharusnya mempunyai pengaruh positifdalam aktivitasnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pencapaian nilai-nilai maqaşid syariah yang telah dicapai oleh mustahik zakat produktif BAZNAS Kota Yogyakarta dan LAZIS YBW UII. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan penulis adalah penelitian lapangan yaitu penelitian yang data dan informasinya diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan pihak-pihak terkait dan observasi pengamatan secara langsung. Dalam hal ini, objek penelitian adalah mustahik zakat produktif dari BAZNAS Kota Yogyakarta dan LAZIS YBW UII. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan ditemukan hasil bahwa para mustahik zakat produktif kedua lembaga zakat tersebut telah mampu mencapai nilai-nilai maqaşid syariah dengan baik. Indicator of needs are framed in the five basic needs of the Maqaşid Syariah. The presence of OPZ in the economic system becomes important to overcome the inequality of the distribution of property and income. As a zakat institution, LAZ and BAZ should have a positive influence in their activities. The purpose of this study is to determine the achievement of maqaşid shariah that has been achieved by the productive mustahik zakat BAZNAS Yogyakarta and LAZIS YBW UII. The type of research conducted by researchers is field research and information obtained through interview with related parties and observation. In this case, the object of the study is the productive zakah from the BAZNAS Yogyakarta and LAZIS YBW UII.The results of research conducted found that mustahik from these zakat institutions have been able to achieve the values of maqaşid shariah well.
