EVALUASI KESESUAIAN DESAIN BANGUNAN BERDASARKAN AKSESIBILITAS BAGI LANSIA SEBAGAI PENGGUNA ( STUDI KASUS DESAIN RUMAH TINGGAL DI BINTARO JAKARTA SELATAN )

Abstract

As an architect's profession has a role in meeting human needs through its involvement in forming a built environment or space especially for humans. On the other hand, humans in his lifetime will reach the stage of old age and his condition will experience a decrease, especially in terms of physical and psychological. The phenomenon that occurs is where the design of the building without paying too much attention to the comfort and safety for its users, especially the elderly. While the elderly tend to experience physical decline and emotional improvement so that in terms of architecture certainly different from humans when still young So that the existence of technical guidelines and standards become important to produce a good design. Therefore, the author tries to measure the extent to which the success of building design, based on projects that have been done during apprenticeship in architectural consulting firm. The method of evaluation is done by comparing the parameters with the facts obtained by the author while doing an apprenticeship in architectural consultant. Parameters obtained from the study of literature studies, among others, Related Architectural Theory and Building Accessibility Technical Guidelines. After doing the analysis obtained analysis results conducted on the case study project under study concluded that on the aspect of convenience with a percentage of 50%, aspects of Safety 64.71%, aspect 100% Security, Utility aspect 82.14%, 100% Independence aspect is said to be very good on both aspects of security and independence. Disadvantages lie in the suitability of security. With this evaluation can make learning and reference for an architect in designing a more perfect and ideal building design in the future.
