Abstract

This study aims to prove how the influence of the work ethic, work discipline, and organizational commitment to employee performance Faculty of Economics, Islamic University of Indonesia and prove that in the world discipline, and commitment to the organization degree of a man supposed to be higher compared with women. Why ? because it is his nature according to islam which is mentioned in the Al-Qur’an and Hadits that men have an excess of women, men have to be better than women, and men become women leaders
