Pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap Agresivitas Pajak (Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (Bei) Tahun 2010-2015)
Abstract
This study aims to test the level of financial literacy as well as the factors that
cause different levels of financial literacy of each employee and how financial literacy
affects financial behavior of employees of PT Telkom Semarang. This study took 96
sample respondents with random sampling technique. Methods of data collection is
done by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT Telkom Semarang. Data
analysis used in this research is descriptive statistic, independent test, Anova, and Chi
Square. Based on descriptive statistics, the level of financial literacy shows that
48.96%, is in the middle level category. The results of the tests show that there are
significant financial literacy differences based on gender, age, education level, and
work experience. This study also found that the level of financial literacy owned by
employees will give positive affect their financial behavior.
