dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between family support and work engagement among employees working at one nationally owned company in agricultural sector in Java (BUMN). This study tested the hypothesis that there is positive relationship between family support and work engagement. Family Subscale from Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (Zimet, Dahlem, Zimet, & Farley, 1998) and Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (Schaufeli, Bakker, & Salanova, 2006) were administered to 204 employee, ages 23-55, 86,3% men and 13,7% women, and average age of marriage of 15 years (SD=8,58). The result of this research indicates that family support was significantly related to work engagement r=0.523 and p=0.000 (p<0.05)id
