Abstract

Leadership that is applied is by demokrastis in what each activity or there is a problem then held a discussion in internal deliberations/caretaker. The family put more emphasis on mutual respect every opinion. However, this has yet to give a positive impact to the advancement of the performance. Administrators should be maximized again in finding ways for the Betterment of the Organization itself. The cause of the action in the bond Student Pelalawan Riau (IPMRK-KP) is not done well, namely the lack of sense of responsibility, lack of knowledge, his difficult divide time, facilities and infrastructure are less adequate and less financial support so that it is difficult to carry out the program.
