Analisis Keterlambatan Proyek Melalui Perbandingan Jumlah Tenaga Kerja Antara Schedule Rencana Dan Schedule Realisasi Menggunakan Komposisi Sni 2013 (Studi Kasus: Pembangunan Rumah Sakit Universitas Islam Indonesia) (Analysis Of Delay Projects Through Comparison Between The Number Of Labour Plan Schedule And Actual Schedule Using Composition Of Sni 2013) (Case Study: Housing Development Project Isamic University Hospital Of Indonesian)
Abstract
At the Hospital Development Project Islamic University of Indonesia, located in the district of Bantul are delay problems that arise. Project delays can be caused by various factors, among others, the availability of labor. In this study schedule plan and schedule realization made details on the job structure by using PDM (Precedence Diagramming Method). In this study also calculated the number of workers by the composition of the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) in 2013 on a schedule plan and on schedule realization (in implementation) to see whether the delay is caused by a lack of manpower.
PDM (Precedence Diagramming Method) is a method of scheduling network that is generally rectangular, while the arrows just as user activities are concerned. Analysis of the PDM (Precedence Diagramming Method) simplified by using detailed project development work to produce a total project completion time. With the parameters to multiply, calculation to identify the activities and the critical path will be more complex because of the many factors that need to be considered
From the analysis, the duration and detail work has been recognized and displayed in Microsoft Project 2007 with the duration of the schedule plan is 167 weekdays and on schedule realization is 188 working days, that means the project is late for 21 working days, the duration covers only the work of concrete structures ie work the floor of the basement, ground floor, first floor, second floor, third floor, and the floor 4. From the delay, analyzed whether the delay is due to lack of manpower. The analysis was conducted and earn the difference between the amount of labor schedule plan and schedule the actual (realized) there is value minus (-) and plus (+). Value minus (-) means that the existing workforce can be maintained for a value <-1. A plus (+) means that there are some workers who must be added to the project can go according to plan realizable by using the composition of the SNI 2013.
