Abstract
The accelerated advancement in technology resulted to the appearance of self service technology. On form of self service technologyin the banking sector is
the presence of mobile banking. The purpose of this research is to analyze the
effects of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, security, and credibility of customer on mobile banking utilizing interest (a study of housewifes in Batam).
This Research is the development of previous study by using the combination of
TAM and TPB model. The data is primary data through questionnaire distributed
in 2017. There are 250 questionnaires that processed by using SPSS 23.0 version..
This study empirically concluded that the perceived ease of use, perceived
usefulness, security, and credibility of customer has positive and significant
influences on mobile banking utilizing
