To follow up on the issue, the local goverment make Tangerang City Regulation No. 2 of 2009 about Processing Environment which refers to the Minister Regulation of Environment No. 5 of 2014 about Standard Quality of Wastewater for Industrial Activities. This research purpose to knowing about direct and indirect effects of BOD, TSS, and Oil Fat to COD. This research was conducted at PT. Indofood Fritolay Makmur Cikupa, Tangerang. In this research using secondary data of wastewater by local Environmental Agency. The analytical method are using Path Analysis and Theory Trimming. On the data wastewater of the test are COD as an endogenous variable and BOD, TSS, and Oil Fat as an exogenous variable, so 32,09% is direct effect of COD by BOD, 18,33% is indirect effect of COD by Oil Fat and 21,26% is direct effect of COD by Oil Fat and also 39,59% is indirect effect of COD by BOD.
