    Abstract
    The purpose of this research is to determines the influence of gender, pocket money, residance and age on financial literacy. Population and sample of this research is accounting study program of faculty of economics, Islamic University of Indonesia amounted 150 respondents with the sampling method is purposive sampling method. Data was collected by questionnaire method. There are several methods of research used to achieve the purpose of the research including descriptive analysis, validity, reliability, classical assumption (normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity test), and hypothesis testing (t test and the coefficient of determination (R2)). The results of this study showed that the gender and age have effect on financial literacy. While pocket money and residance have no effect on financial literacy.
