    Abstract
In general, floods has always been a problem, especially in residential areas in disturbed flood with the development of community life that is compact. In addition, floods can disrupt activities of community live that caused in material losses and disaster to the people residing in the area. Simultaneously with the onset of flood problems are increasingly complex, it is possible to change the existence of flood events. It looks at global flood event in the coastal areas and on low-lying areas. Damage of river’s drainage area caused the change and characteristics of river flood flows. While for handling of floods are often done unilaterally or cut into pieces, so it is not optimal. This study used association rules and apriori algorithm method which aims to see the association rules that is formed from event of flood disaster. This study used minimum support limit of 0, 02 and minimum confidence of 0, 4. The result of analysis shows that there are 16 rules that are maintained from impacts of floods.
