dc.description.abstract | Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating condition, perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, continunace intention, trust, data security dan privacy terhadap behavior intention, use behavior, dan customer satisfaction dalam pembayaran digital QRIS saat pendemi di coffe shop di Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis dan dengan menggunakan Partial Least Squares (PLS) yaitu software SmartPLS v.3.2.9. Hasil Dari penelitian ini yaitu variabel performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating condition, perceived enjoyment, continuance intention, trust, data security and privacy berpengaruh positif terhadap behavior intention dalam pembayaran digital QRIS saat pendemi di coffe shop di Yogyakarta. Selain itu, behavior intention dan use behavior juga berpengaruh postif pada customer satisfaction dalam pembayaran digital QRIS saat pendemi di coffe shop di Yogyakarta. Namun, perceives usefulness tidak berpengaruh pada use behavior dalam pembayaran digital QRIS saat pendemi di coffe shop di Yogyakarta. | en_US |
