    Abstract
    This study aims to determine the level of bank credit risk as measured by non-performing loans (NPL) in the Badan Usaha Kredit Pedesaan (BUKP) D.I Yogyakarta. The problems to be studied are how the level of credit risk Badan Usaha Kredit Pedesaan (BUKP) D.I Yogyakarta, using the Liquidity Ratio, Solvency, and Interest Rates. This study uses analysis Liquidity, Solvency and Interest Rate to determine the level of bank credit risk as measured by non-performing loans (NPL). Data that is needed is a balance sheet, income statement, credit statistics and analysis of the performance of the Badan Usaha Kredit Pedesaan (BUKP) D.I Yogyakarta. The population of this research is all BUKP in the province of Yogyakarta D.I totaling 75 units. The sample was 48 units BUKP in Yogyakarta, Bantul and Sleman. Data collection techniques by using purposive sampling. Data analysis using quantitative data. The results obtained in this research, the liquidity ratio is measured by the LDR has no effect on the level of bank credit risk as measured by non-performing loans (NPL). The solvency ratio as measured by CAR significant negative effect on the level of bank credit risk as measured by non-performing loans (NPL). The interest rate applied BUKP significant negative effect on the level of bank credit risk as measured by non-performing loans (NPL). Advice given to the progress of the Badan Usaha Kredit Pedesaan (BUKP) D.I Yogyakarta. In the face of fierce competition among banks, Badan Usaha Kredit Pedesaan (BUKP) D.I Yogyakarta have to build confidence in the public. The steps taken is to improve the ability of the company is to maintain the solvency ratio CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio) in all branches BUKP, because the capital is measured by CAR is reflected in the ability BUKP in providing funds for the purposes of business development and accommodating the risk of loss of funds caused by the operations of the bank. It becomes an essential requirement for BUKP to enhance business growth and to accommodate the risk of operating losses. If the bank increased growth and risk of loss of small businesses, the level of credit risk is reduced and growth will also increase.
