Studi Meta-Analisis: Kepemimpinan Yang Melayani Dan Perilaku Berbagi Pengetahuan
Abstract
This study aims to determine the consistency of the correlation between service leadership and
knowledge-sharing behavior using meta-analysis techniques. Research and development of
knowledge sharing behavior is important for organizations and one of the important influencing
factors is leadership characteristics. The hypothesis of this research is that there is a consistently
positive relationship between servant leadership and knowledge sharing. This study includes 13
research articles during the years 2012-2022 that have met the inclusion criteria to be analyzed with
the aid of the Jamovi 2.3.13 software program. The results of this meta-analysis showed that servant
leadership and knowledge sharing behavior are positively and significantly correlated with a
correlation coefficient of 0.550 (moderate category) and p <0.001 with a confidence interval of
0.306-0.794. All of 13 research articles used were heterogeneous and free from publication bias.
