Evaluasi Sistem Tanggap Darurat (Emergency Responses And Preparedness) Di Pt Laras Astra Kartika – Rni Group

Abstract

The development of the times and advances in technology greatly affect the system and way of working of the company, one of which is the occupational safety and health (work) of workers. According to BPJS Employment data, the number of work accidents in 2017 was 123,041 cases, in 2018 there were 173,105 accidents. This picture shows an increase in work accidents. PT. Laras Astra Kartika - RNI Group is a subsidiary company of PT Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (Persero) which is engaged in oil palm plantations, therefore, the aim of the author is to do an internship at PT. Laras Astra Kartika - RNI Group is to find out about the Emergency Responses and Preparedness system at PT Laras Astra Kartika - RNI Group, to find out the feasibility audit of tools in ERP and to find out the constraints on implementing Emergency Responses and Preparedness at PT Laras Astra Kartika - RNI Group. The author concludes that the K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) rules apply in the company, which includes three main elements, namely work, work and business hazards, as well as finance and social, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in the company PT Laras Astra Kartika - RNI Group there is checking and replacement of PPE and Fire Extinguishers in accordance with K3 operational standards and constraints on the company's employees/workers who do not comply with procedures while working, there are even some employees who do not use PPE while doing work.
