Pengaruh Penambahan Superplasticizer Viscocrete 3115N Terhadap Kuat Tekan Optimum Self Compacting Concrete
Abstract
Innovations in the field of construction aimed to solve existing problems in the field. One is the
self-compacting concrete is concrete that is capable of innovation flowing under its own weight, and
able to fill the formwork and solidifies themselves. Self compacting concrete at this time continue to be
developed as an alternative to the provision of Foundry field. Self compacting concrete can be created
with the material they have admixture added a high viscosity. As well as the right composition so that
later the self compacting concrete can meet the required flowability and workability.
In this research, viscocrete 3115N used as superplasticizer admixture in the manufacture of self
compacting concrete. This research uses a mix design with a combination of SNI 03-2324-2000 with
EFNARC 2002 so that it brings the composition of self compacting concrete. Self compacting concrete
testing is only done testing slump flow test. This research is a variation of the variable superplasticizer
viscocrete 3115N is 0,8%, 0,9%, 1%, 1,1% and 1,2% of which will be in search for the optimum levels.
The test will be on the hard concrete strong press at the age of 7, 14, 21 and 28 days.
The research results showed that the combination of SNI 03-2324-2000 with EFNARC 2002 self
compacting concrete can flow properly. The highest compressive strength of the concrete selfcompacting
concrete at a dose of superplasticizer viscocrete 3115N 0.9% in the amount of 46.32 MPa.
