Self Efficacy Dan Kecemasan Akademik Pada Mahasiswa Tingkat Akhir
Abstract
The study aims to find the relationship between self efficacy and academic
anxiety in final year college students. The hypothesis in this study is a negative
relationship between self efficacy and academic anxiety in final year college
students. The measuring instrument used in this study is the self efficacy scale
(General Self-Efficacy Scale) by Matthias Jerusalem and Ralf Schwarzer wich has
been modified in 1995 (Novrianto, 2019) and the academic anxiety scale was
adapted from a scale compiled by Ishtifa (2011) based on Holmes’s aspect. The
result show a negative relationship between self efficacy and academic anxiety in
final year college students (r =-0.287; p = 0.005).
