dc.description.abstractThe discussion about NEST (Native English Speaker Teacher) and NNEST (Non-Native English Speaker Teachers) has been the center point of the way they university sat their policy in recruiting their instructor for students in teaching English. This survey study aims to describe students' attitudes toward NNEST. The participant consistent of 36 undergraduate students. Data will gathered using questionnaire and supported also by an interview. The findings show that students' attitudes towards NNEST are positive. NNEST are considered fun and able to provide efficient learning like NEST. They are considered able to understand student difficulties even though there are still some disadvantages in NNEST described by students.en_US
