Analisis Waktu Tunggu Dan Dispensing Time Pasien Rawat Jalan Di Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kota Yogyakarta
Abstract
Health care quality and affordable by the public is one thing that is needed to
improve public health, one of the existing services, namely services in the hospital
pharmacy installation. IFRS services very close to the problem regarding patient
waiting times and dispensing time. Time is very important in a service. This study aims
to look at the picture of IFRS services and see average Waku wait and time dispensing
of drugs in public hospitals were the city of Yogyakarta in February 2016. This study is
an observational study by direct observation and quantitative approach using
statistical analysis calculated the mean, median, and standard deviation of the average
patient waiting time and dispensing time. This research was conducted with a random
sample sampling by taking 8 recipes on a given day then calculated the time from
patients to submit recipes to patients receiving the drug. The supporting data is done
by interviewing the head of a hospital pharmacy installation. Quantitative analysis was
done by using Product Moment Correlation analysis. The result showed the average
waiting time at the hospital IFRS amounted to 14.7 minutes or 97.2% of prescriptions
meet hospital standards ie ≤ 30 minutes. The average dispensing time of a patient by a
pharmacist obtained a value of 1.2 minutes. Analysis of the relationship with the peak
hours waiting time p value 0.422 means that there was no relationship, while the
amount of drug and the waiting time there is a relationship with a significance value of
0.00.
