The tighter competition in culinary business today has made any food stalls that want to develop must be able to provide something unique to attract and capture more costumers. They have to maintain and improve service and product quality. The management of Ayam Geprek Abang Ireng offers a unique service concept, which is self-service. Food is an energy source for the human body, so that Islam is very concerned about the things concerned with food. It is interesting to study how the implementation maslahah al-kulliyyat al-khams is on products and service to customers in the food stall applying the self-service concept. This study aims to determine how the product implementation and customer service are in Ayam Geprek Abang Ireng Surakarta and its compliance with maslahah alkulliyyat al-khams. This is descriptive qualitative research by observation and interviews with some of the crews and costumers of food stall that determine the operational services and products in the food stall were analyzed by the normative approach and sociological explaining information-factual from informants about products and services in the shop with the aim of making a systematic, factual and accurate description about the phenomenon under study and then evaluated various theories related to the subject of this study. The results of the study showed that: 1) the products (menu) sold at the shop Ayam Geprek Abang Ireng are qualified to be halal products. 2) Researches of maslahah al-Kulliyat al-khams products and services to customers in the shop Ayam Geprek Abang Ireng are in accordance with the theory of keeping religion, soul, mind, and wealth.
