Blockchain Technology In Screening Process As Part Of Human Resource Management
Abstract
This research discusses Blockchain Technology in Screening Process as part of Human
Resource Management, also discusses the advantages and disadvantages of Blockchain
technology in Human Resource Management. The main purpose of this study is to see
the impact of using Blockchain Technology in the Process Screening. This study used
descriptive qualitative method. Data collection was carried out using collection
techniques with documents from relevant previous studies so that they could answer the
objectives of this study. The results of this study prove that Blockchain technology is a
new technology that can provide various benefits in the Screening Process, such as
saving time, energy and funds, credential verification, and employment history. Then
the second result shows that there is a limitation in Blockchain, namely the absence of
specific laws governing the use of Blockchain in Indonesia, and this technology is still
not supported by several computer systems.
