    Peran Job Crafting Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior Pada Karyawan

    Abstract
    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara job crafting dan organizational citizenship behavior antar karyawan yang bekerja di Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur. Penelitian ini menguji hipotesis bahwa akan ada hubungan positif antara job crafting dan organizational citizenship behavior. Skala job crafting (Tims, Bakker, & Derks, 2012) dan skala organizational citizenship behavior (Fox & Spector, 2011) diberikan kepada 204 karyawan, 100% laki-laki, dan 76,9% <40 tahun, 23,0% ≥ 40 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa job crafting secara signifikan terkait dengan organizational citizenship behavior (r = 0,579) dan p = 0,000 (p <0,05) Key words : Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Job Crafting, Nationally Owned Company
