Apart from being a right, Remission and Assimilation play an important role in the effort to motivate prisoners to improve themselves in the prison system. The fate of the prisoner is left to himself, who really improves himself, then he will be given the right to remission so that he gets a cut of the sentence he has served, Ag if they do not show seriousness to improve themselves, then they will not get their rights, which means they will stay longer in a correctional institution.
